Am I in a contract?

All of our services are prepaid for the period specified on signup (usually 30 days).

Do you outsource your support?

No. Our support staff are all currently based in the UK and are native English speakers.

Can I use my own os and/or windows?

Yes. We give you the option to upload your own isos on the VMs or install your own os over kvm on the dedicated servers. We also allow the installation of windows.

Do you offer ipv6?

Yes. ipv6 is available in all locations.

What payment methods do you accept?

Currently we process payment by card using our secure payment processor Stripe and PayPal we can also accept BACS for larger invoices upon request.

Is my data safe and will you send me spam?

Yes your data is safe we will never give it to a third party. No we will never send you spam or marketing emails.

Can I host ...?

Probably. We try to accommodate everyone and have a very inclusive acceptable usage policy. Please check the AUP though or contact us before ordering if you are in any doubt though.

Can you move my website from my existing host?

Yes. Please contact us before ordering and we will advise you on this.
